Where black people and nature meet
On Saturday, October 20th, a small group of us headed out to take a hike at a local park. It was a warm and beautiful fall day and we were eager to get out and explore the trail.
We crossed a fabulous suspension bridge with a wonderful view of the Eno River.
When it was time for a break, we enjoyed our refreshments from water bottles donated by REI
Took some time to hug a tree.
We completed our hike with a riverside, picnic lunch. It was the perfect end to a gorgeous day and a wonderful hike.
