Growing up I lived on a farm. My earliest memories are full of fond experiences with cows, chickens, dogs, puppies, turtles, frogs, snakes, bugs, worms, butterflies, etc. I am sure that my mother had at least a dozen mini heart attacks due to my brother and I bringing our new “pets” that we had found into the house.
